Where we ship

We ship to Norway, the European Union and the United Kingdom.

How long it takes

Nothing is made in advance, so every order has two stages.

Making: 2 to 4 days from the moment we have your names or photographs.

Delivery: 6 to 12 working days for necklaces and lockets. 8 to 15 working days for the Keepsake Box.

These are averages based on recent orders, not guarantees. Carriers slow down around public holidays.

Cost

Delivery is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout. Orders of two or more pieces ship free automatically, with no code needed.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for several days, write to us and we will chase the carrier.

Customs, duties and import VAT

Orders delivered outside the EEA, including to the United Kingdom, may attract import VAT, duties or handling charges on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the recipient's responsibility.

If you are unsure what applies where you live, write to us before ordering and we will tell you what we know.

Wrong address or unclaimed parcels

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we will resend it once you cover the postage again. Because the item is personalised, we cannot refund it in that situation.
