A heart that opens. Closed, it is a smooth polished pendant that gives nothing away. Opened, it holds the two people you would want closest.

Choosing your photographs

Both photographs are added when you order, so have them ready. Faces close to the centre work best, since the heart shape crops the corners away. Bright, well-lit photographs print far better than dark ones, and a slightly blurry photo will still look blurry once printed.

Because each locket is printed to order, we are not able to accept returns once production has begun.

How It Is Personalised

Your photographs are printed and trimmed to the heart shape by hand, then set inside the locket so they sit flush within the frame. It arrives closed, so the images stay a surprise until they open it themselves.

Materials & Care

Stainless steel, 18K gold plated or polished silver finish. Pendant 36 mm by 28.7 mm, on a 55 cm chain with a 5 cm extender.

Put it on after perfume, moisturiser and hairspray, not before. Take it off before swimming, showering or sleeping - the printed images inside do not like water. Open and close it gently by the edge rather than the hinge, and store it dry.

Shipping & Returns

2 to 4 days to make, then 6 to 12 working days for delivery. Tracked, and included on every order.

Because each locket is printed to order, we are not able to accept returns once production has begun.

What happens after you press buy

Nothing is made in advance

Your piece is started once the order comes in, with the details you gave us. That is why it takes two to four days before it ships, and why we can still change it if you spot a mistake.

Checked by hand before it ships

Every piece is looked over by a person, not a scanner. Engraving is read back against what you typed, and photographs are checked against what you uploaded.

Delivery is tracked on every order and the number lands in your inbox. If something is unclear before you order, write to us first - we would rather answer a question than get it wrong.
