Who we are

Aurelia Keeps is operated by Mohened Albawi, Michael Krohns gate 44, 5057 Bergen, Norway. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that seller. "You" means the person placing an order.

You can reach us at aureliakeeps@gmail.com.

Placing an order

Adding items to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order before that point, and will refund you in full if we do.

We may decline an order if the personalisation requested is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is something we are not willing to produce.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it. Payment is taken when you order, because production starts from your details.

Depending on where your order is delivered, import VAT or duties may be charged on arrival. See our shipping policy.

If a price is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, we will contact you before making anything and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

The names and photographs you send us

You are responsible for what you upload. By placing an order you confirm that you own the photographs you send, or have permission from whoever does, and that you have the right to use the names you supply.

You must not send us content that is unlawful, that infringes copyright or trademarks, or that depicts someone who has not agreed to appear on a product.

We use your photographs and names only to make and deliver your order. We do not use them for marketing unless you explicitly tell us we may.

We cut names exactly as you enter them and do not correct spelling. Please check before ordering.

Delivery

Production and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy and on each product page. They are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees, since carriers are outside our control.

Faults and returns

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and Norwegian consumers can contact Forbrukertilsynet.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
