The names

Up to 12 characters each. Shorter names sit best at pendant size. We cut them in the order you enter them.

Hearts linked so they cannot be separated, each one carrying a name. Yours and theirs, the three of you, or the whole small family — you choose how many.

The names are cut into the hearts themselves, so the letters form part of the outline rather than sitting on top of it. From across a room it reads as a soft silhouette; up close, it reads as people.

Add between one and five names, then choose a polished gold or silver finish. Enter each name exactly as you would like it cut — spelling, capitals and all. We set them in the order you give us.

Because each piece is cut to your names, we are not able to accept returns once production has begun. If you are unsure whether a name will fit, write to us before ordering and we will check it for you.

How It Is Personalised

Each heart is cut with the name you choose, so the letters form part of the outline rather than sitting on top of it. The hearts stay interlocked, and the names read in the order you enter them.

Add one to five names using the plus and minus buttons. Keep each to around twelve characters so the letters stay legible at pendant size.

Materials & Care

Stainless steel, polished to a gold or silver finish, on a 45 cm chain with a 5 cm extender.

Put it on after perfume, moisturiser and hairspray, not before - the finish lasts far longer that way. Take it off before swimming, showering or sleeping. Store it dry and buff it gently with a soft, dry cloth.

What happens after you press buy

Nothing is made in advance

Your piece is started once the order comes in, with the details you gave us. That is why it takes two to four days before it ships, and why we can still change it if you spot a mistake.

Checked by hand before it ships

Every piece is looked over by a person, not a scanner. Engraving is read back against what you typed, and photographs are checked against what you uploaded.

Tracked, and we answer

Delivery is tracked on every order and the number lands in your inbox. If something is unclear before you order, write to us first - we would rather answer a question than get it wrong.
